Children Are Fed Inc began with a simple idea born from coaching little league football for 14 years. Our founder initiated a program providing snack packs to every team participant, which expanded league-wide. Many children attended practices and games without the means to buy snacks afterward. The program ensured each child had a meal after the game, without needing to ask.

Children Are Fed Inc (CAFI) is a 501c3 entity and a registered vendor with the City of Houston, Texas. Our meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen, and all volunteers are vetted and certified to serve children. We are partially funded by TDA and sponsored by the Hype Foundation. With the help of donors like Pleasant Hill Community Development Center, HEB, and Digital Direct Communications, we've provided over 70,000 meals and enrichment services to children in need.
